Establishing healthy mealtime routines not only ensures proper nutrition but also fosters positive habits and behaviors that can last a lifetime. Here are some tips to create a harmonious and nourishing mealtime experience for your little one. 1. Set a daily mealtime routine Toddlers thrive on routine, so aim to establish regular meal and snack times. Consistency helps regulate their appetite and prevents excessive grazing throughout the day. Ideally, toddlers should have three meals and two to three snacks spaced evenly apart. Make sure to offer meals around the same times each day, so your toddler knows what to expect.
